We will send you a confirmation email once your TENS unit had been registered. Please allow 48 hours for a response.
*Serial Number is found in the battery compartment. It always starts with FD.

We are so sure that you will gain relief from using our machines, we offer a money back guarantee if the machine is returned within 30 days of despatch.
Our TENS, EMS and Electro-Acupuncture machines are guaranteed against manufacturer’s defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
This guarantee does not include shipping or any consumable items (e.g. leads, electrodes, batteries, gel, probes etc.).
